"Get Latest" polls all feeds in the selected guide for the latest version of the RSS feed (read: feed updates, new articles).

BlogBridge keyboard shortcut (>= BB 3.5): Ctrl-Shift-M (More in BlogBridge menu: Help / Keyboard Shortcuts ...)

The BlogBridge Menu bar brings the additional option to update all guides.
